Rosé Grand Cru

Vineyard :

Selection of the finest terroirs of the Montagne de Reims, all classified as Grand Cru.

Blending :

60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, including around 6% of red wine of Pinot Noir AOC Champagne.

Between 20% and 40% reserve wines are used to ensure roundness, complexity and consistency.

Vinification :

The grapes are hand-harvested with a rigorous selection, followed by a gentle pressing of whole bunches. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (17°C-20°C) to preserve the finesse and intensity of the aromas. Afterward, the malolactic fermentation occurs, ensuring balance and roundness in the wine. The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, after which the wine ages in our cellars, located 15 meters underground, at a constant temperature of 11° — ideal conditions for the development of complex aromas.

The wines are aged for approximately 5 years in cellars and benefit from an additional resting period of several months after disgorgement.

Tasting :

Colour : A delicate pink hue with coppery reflections, highlighted by fine, persistent bubbles.

Nose : An enticing aromatic complexity, with vibrant notes of citrus and red fruits.

Palate : A lively, refreshing attack, offering a harmonious balance between red fruit and citrus flavors, which gradually evolve into more intricate, nuanced notes on the finish. A true gastronomic cuvée, seamlessly blending finesse, structure, and depth.
